swim-up bardated rooms
The pool swim-up bar WASN'T open, so that was a real disappointment. The lounges around the pool NEEDED cleaning more often. Birds made a mess. The rooms felt dated, not what I hoped for. the place felt more like a three-star experience than a four-star one, and that LOWERED my expectations.

a balanced stay
well maintained groundscomfortable bedheated poolcrowded sunbeds
the hotel had well maintained grounds and lots of open space. there were many corners to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. the breakfast spread included freshly made waffles, pancake and crepe. our room was huge with a comfortable bed.
The pool water felt heated. I really wanted to cool off. this made swimming less enjoyable, the hotel seemed too crowded. i noticed sunbeds were always occupied early, even if some weren't actually used for much of the day.

the hotel included a store where i could buy essentials. i found a library with a selection of books. i also used the gymwith treadmills and weights. the breakfast had several stations where omelets and fried eggs could be prepared.
The pools could use better filtration. The water felt warm.

the hotel is close to the beach, just across the road. its proximity to the airport made it ideal for my departure. an elephant sanctuary is nearby and it is worth a visit.

The hotel has two large swimming pools available . there is also a games room for entertainment. a massage parlor is on-site for relaxation. It is very convenient.

the breakfast offered a good selection. the hotel includes luca restaurant. they prepare excellent pizza, so you should try it at least once during your stay.
